A unique alternative to dog walkers in NSB

To protect our Tour Guides and other dogs, all participants must be currently vaccinated for Rabies and DHPP/DA2PP. A valid Rabies tag must be worn on your dog's collar.
Before your dog's first Safari Tour, we require that you provide documentation that your dog has been vaccinated. Once we have your documentation on file, it will not be necessary to provide it on future tours. Regardless of having documentation on file, your dog must have a valid Rabies vaccination tag affixed to his collar. Unfortunately, without proper vaccinations your dog will not be allowed to participate in a Safari Tour.
Documentation may be send via TEXT or email prior to the Safari Tour. See form below.
To insure everyone's safety we require that you present at the time of pick up or via download, your dog's vaccination documents. At the bottom of this form is a "Submit Documents" link where you can attach your documents. A photo of the documents will do or you may submit a .pdf file.
